IBEW LOCAL 2325 Receives Recognition from Campaign Workers
(Worcester, Ma. March 2nd 2022) –– Today, Movement Labs LLC has agreed to voluntarily recognize the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 2325 as the exclusive bargaining representative for its campaign staff. Movement Labs committed to voluntarily recognizing IBEW Local 2325 today following a majority of Movement Labs staff signing Authorization for Representation cards, agreeing to be represented by IBEW Local 2325. A third-party review confirmed that a majority of the Movement Labs staff signed authorization cards.
Movement Labs is a progressive digital campaign group that uses data and technology to help campaign grassroots organizing and recruit candidates to run for elected office. They run multiple programs and work with some of the nation’s top progressive organizations and campaigns in all 50 states. They have mobilized over 11,000 volunteers for change.
IBEW Local 2325 is proud of the internal grassroots organizing by the workers at Movement Labs, who overwhelmingly chose IBEW Local 2325 to be their authorized Union representative. Their hard work and dedication have made this campaign possible. We look forward to reaching an agreement that will bring stability, fairness and equity to a group of skilled and committed workers. We are excited for Movement Labs to join the ranks of unionized campaign, technology and communications workers.

Negotiations will begin shortly and the team at IBEW Local 2325 look forward to ultimately reaching a Collective Bargaining Agreement that improves wages, benefits and working conditions for the staff at Movement Labs.
