The Local will be holding ratification meetings directly following our regularly scheduled unit meetings next week.
Please keep the following dates open to receive the information you need to make an informed decision regarding the proposed contract extension:

North Unit Meeting

Copies of the proposal and related information will be available at the meetings and at the Union Hall prior to voting.
If you are unable to attend either meeting, voting booths will be available at the Union Hall from March 9 through March 19. Voting hours at the hall will be 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
The Union Hall will also be offering an online voting option.
How to Register for Online Voting:
Members who wish to vote online must call the Union Hall at 508-853-2325 and provide the following information:

Full name
-
Personal email address
-
Work location
If no one answers your call, please leave this information in a voicemail.
How Online Voting Works:
Once the Union Hall receives your information, staff will verify that you are a member in good standing. After verification, your email will be entered into the online voting system. Members may register to vote online even if the election has already started.
After your email has been entered into the system, you will receive an email from Election Runner once the election officially begins. This email will include your Voter ID and voting Key.
To vote:

Open the email from Election Runner.

Click the voting link provided.

Enter your Voter ID and Key.

Submit your vote.
Members may only vote once, either in person or online.
